Course Overview

AM: Ethics Case Studies (approved for ethics)

View Locations and Dates

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 CE Credits)

MN Course # 1012779, WI Course # 6000035331

Although the methods of unethical behavior have changed, the reasons are still the same.  Someone is trying to cheat the system.  Many feel it is okay to stick it to insurance carriers.  They forget that it affects everyone’s premiums including their own.  Others, have a criminal intent.  The Commerce Department sees them all.  We will look at these case studies.  This course will not only walk through examples, but give insurance professional tools to be proactive in the area of unethical behavior.  The benefits are more competitive premiums and a more likely profit bonus.  Come and learn what simple steps agencies can take to make a real difference in these areas.

PM: Homeowners Coverage – A Review of Definitions

View Locations and Dates

12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (4 CE Credits)

MN Course # 1010752, WI Course # 6000035126

The ability to answer your client’s questions is a powerful thing.  This very popular course allows agents to bring in their homeowners contracts they are selling and mark them up to better understand what they say.  Print out the actual homeowners policies you are selling.  If you have always wanted to read and understand the polices you sell this is the class for you.  This course is great for newer staff looking to learn, and veteran agents looking to refresh what they know.  This is a professional development course that also gives you CE credits.
