There are several factors that should go into what coverage to write, and what problems may come up after a loss. The No Fault statute is designed to indemnify the insured and put them back to pre-loss condition.

This course will touch on human behavior as it pertains to decisions. There have been many studies about why people act the way they do. This course will delve into those studies and will review the emotion behind the logic. This class satisfies the ethics requirement of the Minnesota Department of Commerce.
