I arrived on time and they went right to work on my vehicle. The technician at the desk was very friendly and made me feel right at home. Waiting room was comfortable. My windshield was replaced in about 70 minutes. Just as the technician estimated. The whole process was very smooth and easy. I couldn’t have asked for better service
