About City Auto Glass
Thank you for visiting
CityAutoGlass.com! City Auto Glass
is not a large, multi-level corporation
like many other auto glass replacement
companies. What we are is the largest
chain of locally owned and operated
glass shops in Minnesota. Our philosophy
is, and always has been, the
safety and
satisfaction of our customers.
City Auto Glass was
originally named South St. Paul
Paint and Glass when Dale Schenian
bought the company in 1968. Back then,
we were not in the auto glass business.
The auto glass portion of South St.
Paul Paint and Glass came when Dale
became associated with U.S. Auto
Glass. At that time Dale dropped
the "Paint" and changed the company's
name to Twin City Glass to more
reflect the area of our
service coverage. Dale had his
choice of auto glass franchises, but
chose U.S. Auto Glass because
of their high quality of workmanship and
materials used. This stands true today.
Dale eventually decided to franchise his
auto glass business and changed the name
to City Auto Glass.
City Auto Glass now has more
than 15 locations throughout Minnesota,
which serve Minnesota, Western
Wisconsin, and Northern Iowa. When Dale
retired in 2006, his son, Michael
Schenian, became company president.
The people at City Auto Glass,
whether it is the owners, sales
representatives, technicians, or
customer service representatives,
promise to treat everyone like family.
That is the way a good business should
be.
